5th Ave Revival is a Mount Dora-based non-profit created in April 2023 and dedicated to restoring the historic Princess Theater. Led by Silvia Hemsath, our mission is to revive this cherished local landmark. Silvia's lifelong love for live entertainment and theater inspired her to establish 5th Ave Revival with co-founders Anthony Stewart and Melissa Newman. Together, we envision the Princess Theater becoming a vibrant cultural hub that brings joy and unity to Mount Dora. With community support, we will restore this historic gem, creating a space to celebrate the arts and preserve our town's heritage.
